Individual Therapy

Individual therapy sessions provide you the space to confidentially address presenting concerns, identify personal goals and process emotions. In therapy together, we will consider life history and how it shapes us. We will explore the roadblocks and patterns that become difficult to manage. We will also explore how we relate to others, and how to navigate complicated experiences. I want to help my clients engage in the world in a way that works best for them.


Couples Sessions

Couples counseling sessions provide an opportunity for partners to explore their similarities, their differences, and how these can present both challenges and strengths to the relationship. This is done in a neutral and empathic environment. Couples engage in counseling to improve communication, develop a deeper understanding of one another, and tackle conflicts and crises as they occur. Learning to support one another through life's transitions is an essential component of a healthy relationship, as change is inevitable throughout the lifespan. I aim to support couples in their journey through life together.
